Searching for the Truth in Abstract Art

"My abstract background drives me to do what I want to do best

I use acrylic and enamel. I am experienced in contemporary abstractionism, being inspired by Picasso’s use of brush strokes on certain figures and the calming effect they have on my soul."

The above  is some of the words spoken by Isaac Mkhanwazi when he describes his art.

Here we have a close up photograph of a Isaac Mkwanazi painting the Janet Sobelfication and Jackson Pollockfication are used in the background to give truth to the idea of Isaac Mkwanazi where he states: "My Abastract background drives me to what I do best"

Isaac Mkhwanazi was part of this Group Exhibition at the Mall of Africa in Midrand Gauteng South Africa.

Another masterpiece painting by Isaac Mkanwazi.

This Isaac Mkhwanazi painting was done deriving some ideas from Pablo Picasso and combining that with Rock Paintings sometimes found in South Africa.

An example of a painting executed using the manifesto of the Hybrid Pointillism Art Movement #hybridpointillism

Isaac Mkhwanazi is very inspired by this quote of Pablo Picasso: "We all know Art is not the truth. Art is a lie that makes us realize the truth, at least the truth that is given to us to understand"

Isaac Mkhwanazi's art is available at The Living Artist Emporium (LAE) Johannesburg South Africa
